The Village rests on the actual site where the Alabama Constitutional Convention was held in 1819. Alabama Constitution Village defiantly resists the passage of time as costumed guides recreate life as it was in the early 1800’s… spinning wool, dipping candles, crafting furniture, printing on the old press, and tending to the garden.
